We serve suppliers and customers across 48 states and are constantly working to develop the best domestic and international end markets.

Matthew Jones

FOUNDER & CEO

Matt began his career in the waste and recycling industry in 2007, serving as an Account Manager for the Northwest Arkansas market. He soon transitioned to the recycling sector, becoming the Municipal Recycling Manager. Subsequently, he joined the Recycling Marketing group, managing the purchase and sale of recycling commodities in the Arkansas and Texas region. In 2017 he acquired Alternative Plastics Recycling located in Gentry, AR.
At APR, Matthew spearheads the development of both short-term and long-term company strategies and oversees overall operations and resource management.
Wil Ross

EVP/SALES & PROCUREMENT

At Alternative Plastics, Wil develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets and creates as well as communicates sales goals. Working alongside Matt, he helps develop and implement new growth strategies for the company.
Wil focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Sheena Jones

Sheena executes the company's financial strategies, including, but not limited to, developing company growth plans, identifying investment opportunities, and managing account procedures.
Cassi Hunter

OFFICE MANAGER/ACCOUNTING/HR

Cassi oversees APR's bookkeeping and accounting, handles all HR-related concerns, and directs customer service inquiries. She also tracks brokerage and outbound transactions and follows up on freight requests and ETAs.
Matt Hardymon

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Matt started his career in the recycling industry in 2000, as a manager of operations in Athens AL. He has spent more than 20 years in different roles managing recycling Operations, Sales and Purchasing. Throughout the years he has built numerous relationships within the recycling industry. At AP – He is the director of Sales and focuses on new customer and supplier relationships.
